A BILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of the existing appropriations to the department of education and the arts - state board of rehabilitation - division of rehabilitation services - West Virginia rehabilitation center - special account, fund 8664, fiscal year 1999, organization 0932, as originally appropriated by chapter six, acts of the Legislature, first regular session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-eight known as the budget bill.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation to the department of education and the arts - state board of rehabilitation - division of rehabilitation services - West Virginia rehabilitation center - special account, fund 8664, fiscal year 1999, organization 0932, be amended and reduced in the line item as follows:
TITLE II-APPROPRIATIONS.

Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds.

The item for medical services trust fund - transfer is reduced by two million dollars. The item for unclassified is increased by two million dollars. The amounts as itemized for expenditure in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, shall be available for expenditure during fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
